Product Description

The DDS02.2-W100-BE49-02-FW drive controller offered by Bosch Rexroth has two analog diagnostic outputs that generate drive internal variables for test purposes. These outputs have a current load capacity of 4mA and an output voltage rating of 10VDC. The controller helps to control the holding brake of the motor. The product is connected with a thermistor at the X6.1 and X6.2 connecting points to monitor the temperature of the motor. This device is intended to be stored and transported between -30°C and 85°C. The unit comes with a current consumption of 150mA at +/-15VDC. Its power section portrays a DC bus voltage of 300V +/-15%.

The product encompasses a DSS SERCOS interface plug-in module in its first slot. This interface renders inputs to evaluate sensor inputs as well as travel range limit and reference switches.
