The Bosch Rexroth DDS02.2-W015-BE06-01-FW drive controller features an RS  232 interface at its X3 connecting point for a PC or a VT-100 terminal connection. The controller must preferably use the manufacturer’s motor power cables for the AC motor connection. This power cable has a maximum length of 75m. The device has two analog diagnostic outputs that generate drive internal variables for test purposes such as commissioning. The unit must never have a direct connection between its Bb ready-to-operate contact and a contact coil. Its starting lockout does not bring the moving axes of the controller to standstill mode.
