The DDS02.1-W200-DL02-01-FW is a state-of-the-art industrial control device manufactured by Rexroth Indramat to carry out accurate motor control in the industrial servo system. This controller is unlike conventional industrial devices as it features a durable housing unit that offers it protection according to the IP20 protection class. Also, under normal operating conditions, this controller can maintain operational efficiency of about 95 percent for more than five years without breaking down or requiring any major repair operation. This controller is compatible with different types of electrical motors such as the MDD synchronous motor, LAR inductance linear motor, and the LAF inductance linear motor. The DDS02.1-W200-DL02-01-FW also features a modular design; this makes it possible for operators to flexibly connect the digital drive controller to the industrial motor to form a single drive package that can be operated with one power supply unit.

The DDS02.1-W200-DL02-01-FW industrial motor is a rapid response drive that is particularly well suited for use in machine tools, textile machines, printing and packaging machines, and also handling machines. Also, the unique modular design of this industrial controller makes it possible for industrial operators to easily replace any part of the controller without needing to carry out the reconfiguration of the whole servo system. The rated current used by this drive controller for operation is about 65 amperes; however, the motor can also operate with an input current as high as 200 Amperes.
