The DDS02.1-W050-DL41-01-FW industrial drive controller is one of the latest and most sophisticated devices designed by Rexroth Indramat to carry out accurate automation control in the industrial servo system. This drive controller is manufactured to meet international quality standards; it features a sophisticated user panel and is compatible with a wide range of industrial production systems such as packaging systems, handling systems, food processing systems and lots more. The DDS02.1-W050-DL41-01-FW industrial drive controller is also designed to contain a high metal content; this makes it very easy to recycle the controller after its usefulness as a drive controller has been exhausted. Unlike conventional control devices, this industrial drive controller is also compatible with different industrial motor series such as the LAR inductance linear motor, the MKD synchronous motor, the LAF linear motor and the MDD synchronous motor series. The combination of this drive controller with any of these devices produces a rapid response drive while the application improves industrial productivity.

The DDS02.1-W050-DL41-01-FW industrial drive controller connects to the servo motor through two major types of electrical cables; the power cable and the motor feedback cable; these two cables must be of international standards, they must also be wired separately from each other to prevent electrical interference.

The rated current required by this drive controller for optimum operation is about 50 amperes. Also, only a power supply unit designed by Rexroth Indramat to generate a regulated output voltage of about 24 volts should be connected to this drive controller; the DDS02.1-W050-DL41-01-FW industrial drive controller should not be connected to any power supply unit that does not supply regulated voltage as this can cause permanent damage to the electrical circuit of the device.
