The model must be installed vertically in the switchgear cabinet of appropriate protection and the air from inside the control cabinet is used to maintain the ambient temperature of the controller. Resolver feedback is placed in this DDS controller to detect the relative position of the motor shaft and an RS232 interface is also provided in this controller for attaching PCs or VT terminals. Several slots are provided in the basic unit of the drive controller to customize the controller according to the required functions. The DDS02.1 drive controller is equipped with an ANALOG interface to carry out efficient communication. The device should be operated according to the conditions mentioned in the DDS instruction manual. The permissible installation temperature for this controller as per the DDS user manual is 0 to +45 degree Celsius. 

The model DDS02.1-W025-RA01-00 should be operated by a highly professional staff and periodic maintenance should be carried out in order to achieve high operational reliability. The module operates at the rated voltage of 24 VDC or ±15 VDC supplied by the respective supply unit. During continuous working conditions, the controller consumes 150 mA of continuous power at ±15 VDC and 500 mA of power at 24 VDC. The software module must be ordered according to the parameters of the drive controller and should be installed in the U5 slot of the drive controller.
