The DDS02.1-W015-RL01-01-FW model is a specially designed digital intelligent drive controller used to operate several synchronous and linear motors. The DDS02.1 drive controller comes in a modular design and the controller with high power output should be installed closer to the power supply module. The controller is designed as per UL standards. The model uses heat technology to dissipate heat within the control cabinet by using cooling airflow inside the control cabinet. The controller is designed as per IP20 protection standards and it must be installed in the large control cabinet of minimum IP54 protection classification. The DDS02.1 drive controller operates at the rated current of 15 A, and is connected to the power supply unit with the help of a 24 VDC power supply module. The firmware module for this controller must be ordered separately according to the required operations. The basic unit of the controller is equipped with plug-in slots (U1 – U5) and a rating plate is also placed on this controller. The controller shows its error signals via the H1 status display and an S1 fault reset key is also provided at the top of the H1 display.

The model DDS02.1-W015-RL01-01-FW can operate ideally under the ambient temperature range of 0 to +45 degree Celsius with the maximum bearable temperature of +55 degree Celsius. The controller is equipped with resolver feedback and a single-axis positioning module. The DLC01.1 module is installed in the U1 slot of the controller whereas the U2 slot is equipped with a DEA04.1 input/output interface.
