Product Description

The DDS02.1-K150-D is a highly sophisticated industrial control device designed by Rexroth Indramat to control the operation of a different industrial motor series used in industrial production systems. This controller is unlike a conventional drive controller as it is supplied to the operator as a fully configured unit that can be immediately integrated into the industrial production system. The housing of this drive controller is designed accordion to the IP 10 protection class; thus, this controller is completely protected from the interference of large solid materials.

A fully configured DDS02.1-K150-D industrial drive controller connects to the industrial motor through two main types of electrical cables; the power cable and the motor feedback cable. The power cable is used to send electrical energy from the drive controller into the motor, while the motor feedback cable helps to conduct digital signals between the controller and the encoder of the motor. All of these modules are inserted into the slots U1 to U5 present in the housing of the drive controller. The DDS02.1-K150-D also features a modular design; thus, industrial operators can easily replace faulty components without having to reconfigure the whole servo system. This drive controller can generate a leakage current of about 3.5 milliamperes; thus, it should be connected to an efficient grounding system before it is started up operation.
