The DDC01.2-N100A-DS46-02-FW is a digital drive control system that is used together with the DLC single axis positioning module and uses a microprocessor for advanced position control tasks. The device can control speed and position with accuracy and precision because of a high resolution position detection system and an internal closed loop feedback system. This model proves to energy efficient because of a DC bus rectifier that is deigned to absorb the energy released when the regeneration mode is activated. The high amount of heat released during braking motors is also absorbed by the bleeder resistor. This provides a safe way to decelerate high speed motors. The drive controller can adapt to various external conditions because it supports parameterization. This model also comes with monitoring features and diagnosis options.

The DDC01.2-N100A-DS46-02-FW is equipped with a signal processor that makes use of a high resolution rotor measurement system to support advanced positioning tasks. A state of the art dynamic braking system acts as a secondary braking mechanism and safety system. It is automatically activated when the internal circuitry of the drives is malfunctioning. The connected motors can be decelerated in a controlled manner even if the internal circuitry is not functioning properly. This model can be programmed as many as 3000 programming blocks.
