The DDC01.2-K050A-DA02-01-FW is a new-generation drive controller manufactured by Rexroth Indramat. This drive controller are designed to accurately control the operation of industrial servo motors by regulating the amount of electric current it sends to the motor. The DDC01.2-K050A-DA02-01-FW industrial drive controller can be configured with a DLC single axis positioning module. This module contains about 3000 program blocks, each of which is designed to represent a motion sequence or a specific state of input that require monitoring.

The configuration of this drive controller matches the drive to both the mechanical and electrical components of the machine in which the controller is to be operated. The sophistication of this drive controller provides it with a renowned flexibility and the ability to meet the complex operation requirements of various industrial machines such as the printing machines, packaging machines, and other numerically controlled machines. The drive controller also requires the installation of the DSM software module for efficient operation, this module holds operating software and drive parameters used by the drive controller.  The software module can be duplicated for machines with similar operation requirements.

The DDC01.2-K050A-DA02-01-FW industrial drive controller is particularly suitable for the MDD and the MKD digital AC motors. The internal components of this controller are also very sensitive to heat, thus operator should ensure that the ambient temperature around the drive controller does not exceed +55 degree Celsius. If the drive is to be stored for future use, then the ambient temperature around this controller should not exceed +80 degree Celsius. All the drive should not be installed at an elevation level higher than 1000 meters above sea level. Above this height the quality of the motor might be compromised casing the drive controller to operate less efficiently.
