The DDC01.1-K150A-DL09-01-FW is a digital AC drive that can be used for a variety of automation applications. This drive controller has the ability to function with a single axis DLC positioning module. This combination enables this drive controller to function as a standalone single-axis position controller. A single processor works in conjunction with a high resolution encoder system. This allows the device to record the rotor position across the entire speed range. When using this drive controller, it is possible to monitor a current motion sequence at the same time when the next program block is executed. Up to 3000 program blocks can be input in this device including entries for speed and position, markers and output settings for motion and control sequences, and input queries.

The DDC01.1-K150A-DL09-01-FW can be parameterized with a variety of platforms that include a SOT programming terminal, a higher ranking PC, and an IDA decade switch unit, and a higher ranking PLC. When the drive controller is fully configured, it consists of a basic unit, a configuration rating plate, a software module, a DLC single axis positioning module, and an auxiliary plug-in module. This model comes with a bleeder resistor for absorbing the braking energy of high speed motors. A mains control is also provided for control voltages. In addition, the device is also equipped with a DC bus rectifier. The drive controller can be matched to different industrial motors using the parameters that are stored in the software module. The mechanical system is also matched with the machine through parameterization. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
