The DDC01.1-K100A-DG02-00 servo drive features a configuration designation of DG02-00. This drive manufactured by Bosch Rexroth is fitted with a mains contactor that can be turned ON if the E-stop sequence is closed and the wiring complies with the manufacturer’s terminal connecting diagram. The H1 and CTA displays of the product highlight the “AF” and “drive enable” messages respectively when the power is switched ON.  Its drive controller is capable of setting three different responses when there is a drive error. The device cannot be brought to a standstill due to several errors such as overvoltage, overcurrent, faulty hardware synchronization, motor encoder error, and more. This can result in machine damage.

The drive comes with a current rating of 100A. The drive controller of this product helps to control the motor holding brake. The drive load of the machine can be checked by measuring the current of the motor at feed velocity during rapid acceleration and in rapid traverse. The weight counterbalance must be set so that the current pulled by the drive is the same in both directions. The single-axis positioning module of this unit issues a drive enable signal when there is no error and if either of its automatic or setup mode is activated. The AC drive comes with a warranty tag of one year.

The device comes to a standstill if the temperature of the connected motor or drive controller becomes very high. The connections to and from the drive must be done using only those cables that are approved by the manufacturer. It has a standard noise emission at the motor side. The motor that is connected to the product has a system accuracy of +/-0.5 angular minutes. The U1 slot of the device encompasses the command interface card.
