Product Description

The DDC01.1-K100A-D is a brushless, three-phase digital Ac drive controller supplied with either a modular or a compact housing design. Bosch Rexroth manufactures the drive controller with an IP10 and IP65 protection category. The spindle drive is controlled by microprocessors, which can be used with the DSM software module. Different drive controller functions like monitoring, parameterization, and diagnosis are performed by a signal processor with high-resolution measurements. The drive controller parameters and the software module are stored on the DSM software module and are implemented to match the controller to the servo motor and the machine system. When replacing a drive controller, a user does not have to retune the entire system to get the previous control settings. You only remove the software module from the damaged drive and install it in the new drive controller. The operational parameters will automatically configure the drive functions to the motor and machine system. 

The drive controller operates as an intelligent single-axis positioning controller when equipped with the DLC 1.1 single-axis positioning module. The controller can be installed directly to the forward feed unit since it has a protection class of IP 65. Connecting the spindle drive directly to a feed unit reduces the use of longer cable connections in the machine system. The forward feed unit also operates as a standalone unit and can be tested independently.

The DDC01.1-K100A-D is supplied as a fully configured and equipped unit. A configured drive controller is made up of these components; the basic unit, the software module, a DLC single-axis positioning module, an optional auxiliary plug-in module, and a configuration rating plate. The controllers’ basic unit comprises a DC bus rectifier and the bleeder resistor. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
