Product Description

Users of Bosch Rexroth drive and motion control units can boast of safe and highly efficient operations when the products are put to use. The CSH01 control sections are components of drive controllers in the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system. They are compact devices plugged into the power sections of HMS, HCS02, and HCS03 drive controllers but can be ordered as separate components of the system.

The CSH01.1C-NN-EN1-EN2-NNN-NN-S-NN-FW is a model of control sections in the CSH01 series. It is a Design 1 model in the ADVANCED control section range, featuring the encoder HSF/RSF interface for the connection of encoder systems that utilize supply voltages of DC 8 V or AC 18.2 V peak-peak. The second encoder option on the control section is for the connection of encoders that utilize a 5V supply voltage. Examples of such encoder systems are the sin-cos encoder with EnDat 2.1 interface (1 Vpp) with sense lines and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) and reference track.

In addition to its multiple encoder interfaces, the CSH01.1C-NN-EN1-EN2-NNN-NN-S-NN-FW is equipped with a standard control panel with a single-line display and four prominent keys. The display shows relevant information on the drive controller, such as its operating states, fault warnings, and diagnosed errors. Some of the actions that can be carried out using this standard control panel are setting the drive address, determining the position data reference, and exploring the data memory. This configurable control section model is suitable for a wide range of applications, including machine tools and handling and mounting systems.
