Bosch Rexroth’s control sections are components of the drive controllers in its Rexroth IndraDrive drive system. These devices differ in performance, function, and configuration and can be upgraded with various firmware to suit diverse applications. The typical application areas of the CSH control sections include machine tools, and packaging and food machines.

The CSH02.1B-CC-EC-CN-NN-DA-NN-FW is a model of the CSH control sections in the ADVANCED control section range by Bosch Rexroth. It is a Design 1 variant with extended scope interface equipment and a sercos III master communication module. The control section’s multi-encoder interface supports encoders that require a supply voltage of 5V or 12V. These include the MSM motor encoder, 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, and the sin-cos encoder (1Vpp) with the EnDat 2.1 interface. It also features a digital/analog I/O extension and a CANopen interface with LEDs that provide information on its operating status. The bus topology of its CANopen module is line topology, and it has a maximum of 127 possible nodes.

Due to its compact size, the CSH02.1B-CC-EC-CN-NN-DA-NN-FW can be installed easily with optimum space conservation. It is designed to be plugged into its power section and dismounted when necessary; however, this mounting and dismounting action must not exceed 20 times. Its control panel is the ADVANCED type of the HAP01.1A series, which has a single-line display and four keys for commissioning it. This control panel can be used as a programming module and has a slot for the PFM04.1 MicroSD memory card. Since the CSH control section is a product of category C3 according to IEC 61800‑3, it is best suited for industrial areas.
