Bosch Rexroth is a technologically advanced global brand offering versatile, reliable, and durable automation solutions. It is the manufacturer of the single-axis CSH control sections in the drive controllers of the IndraDrive drive system. These drive controllers are used in handling and mounting systems, food processing and packaging machines, and printing and paper processing machines.

The CSH01.2C-PL-NNN-NNN-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW is a compact, configurable control section with the parallel interface in Bosch Rexroth’s CSH control section series. This communication interface allows for high-speed data transfer between different components of the drive system. It makes the control section suitable for applications that require rapid information transfer and excellent precision. The module contains 16 digital inputs and 16 digital outputs, combined in groups of 4 inputs and 4 outputs each. They are galvanically obtained from the control section. Another communication interface in the control section is the cross communication master,  corresponding to the IEEE 802.3 standard. It allows firmware use, but this must be ordered separately.

Connection points at the CSH01.2C-PL-NNN-NNN-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW have spring terminals and screw terminal blocks. They provide a secure connection between the wire and its connection point, ensuring reliable performance. These connectors are also designed to resist vibration and other mechanical stresses, making them well-suited for use in industrial areas. The standard control panel in the CSH model has an intuitive and user-friendly interface with which users can interact with the system and control various functions. Some of these functions include setting the analog outputs, establishing the position data reference, and exploring the data memory. The CSH model can be operated at switching frequencies of 2 kHz, 4 kHz, 8 kHz, 12 kHz, and 16 kHz.
