Product Description

Bosch Rexroth has compact drive controllers in its safe and ultra-modern IndraDrive drive system. They are built with two primary components: the control section and the power section. Its modular control sections of the CSH family are designed with multiple interfaces.

The CSH01.2C-PB-ENS-EN1-CCD-L1-S-NN-FW is a model of the single-axis control sections in the CSH series by Bosch Rexroth. It features a standard control panel with a single-line display, where its operating states, command and error diagnoses and pending warnings are viewed. This allows easy access to its control settings and real-time monitoring of the system performance. Other functions that can be performed with the user panel are initiating the basic load defaults procedure, setting the analog outputs, and establishing the position data reference. The standard encoder evaluation interface for encoders with a 12V supply rating on the CSH control section model allows its connection to various encoders. Examples are the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track, the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with the EnDat 2.1 interface.

Communication between the CSH01.2C-PB-ENS-EN1-CCD-L1-S-NN-FW and other components of the system is via the PROFIBUS bus system and the cross-communication module. PROFIBUS is the ideal choice for the efficient cyclical exchange of specified and actual values, including status signals and diagnostic messages. The configurable control section’s Resolver and HSF encoder evaluation interface is for encoder systems with a supply voltage of DC 8V or AC 18.2V peak-peak. It also has starting lockout as its safety technology module, complying with stop category 0 according to EN 60204-1. Its connection points are equipped with spring terminals and screw terminal blocks.
