Product Description

Bosch Rexroth’s CSH control sections are notable for their compact size and versatility. They are built to accommodate applications with high performance demands. Some of their applications are handling and mounting systems, food processing and packaging machines, and paper processing and printing machines.

The CSH01.2C-NN-EN2-MEM-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW is one of the functional and highly flexible control sections in the CSH series of the ADVANCED range designed by Bosch Rexroth. It has a maximum pulse width of 100ms and a typical inrush current of 4A. Thanks to its encoder evaluation interface, it offers impressive flexibility in the choice of encoders as this interface supports encoder systems with a supply voltage of 5V. Examples of these encoders are the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track, and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with the EnDat 2.1 interface and sense lines. The control section is best suited for operation in industrial areas as it belongs to category C3, according to IEC 61800‑3.

Information exchange between the CSH01.2C-NN-EN2-MEM-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW and the system components is seamless. This is due to the cross communication module on the control section. It comes fitted with LEDs to provide information on the operating status of the communication module. This Design-2 model of the CSH control sections is equipped with a standard control panel on which users can view its operating states, command and error diagnoses and pending warnings. It also has four operating keys for performing operations like setting the drive address, establishing the position data reference, and starting the basic load defaults procedure. Firmware use is permitted with the CSH model, but it should be ordered separately.
