Bosch Rexroth’s CSH control sections are suited for high demands in performance and dynamics. They are designed with a wide and diverse range of control communication and encoder interfaces. They are used in machine tools and food packaging machines.

The CSH01.1C-SE-ENS-MEM-MA1-S2-S-XP-FW is an ADVANCED single-axis control section in the Bosch Rexroth CSH series. Its interfaces include a standard encoder evaluation interface, an encoder emulation interface, and an Analog I/O Extension. The standard encoder evaluation interface supports encoders with a supply voltage of 12V, aiding precise motion control through the calibration of feedback systems. These encoders include the MSK motor encoder, the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with Hiperface, and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with EnDat 2.1. The encoder emulation interface ensures the emulation of galvanically isolated absolute value and incremental encoder signals.

A standard control panel with a single-line display can be used to configure the CSH01.1C-SE-ENS-MEM-MA1-S2-S-XP-FW. It is a user-friendly component that can be used to diagnose errors and initiate several functions in the control section. This aids the smooth operation of the drive controller.
