Drive controllers in the IndraDrive drive system by Bosch Rexroth are built to ensure efficient motion control. They have two primary components: the control section and the power section. Their applications include machine tools and handling and mounting systems.

The CSH01.1C-SE-ENS-MEM-MA1-S2-S-NN-FW is a compact single-axis control section in the IndraDrive group of components by Bosch Rexroth. It is a configurable type fitted with a standard control panel where its functions can be explored and manipulated. This control panel features a single-line display with four buttons used to initiate various operations. These include setting the drive address, accessing the error memory, setting the analog outputs, and establishing the position data reference. The CSH model communicates with other components via a sercos interface using fiber optic cables. As a result, secure and rapid information transfer is guaranteed. This also ensures minimal wiring, simplifying the installation of the control section.

Equipped with a standard encoder evaluation interface, the CSH01.1C-SE-ENS-MEM-MA1-S2-S-NN-FW accommodates different kinds of encoders with a supply voltage of 12V. Some of these are the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with reference track, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with EnDat 2.1, the MSK motor encoder, and the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with Hiperface. Its Safe Motion module is the ideal safety option to protect users and machines with its numerous application-related safety functions. They include safely-monitored position, safely-limited speed, safe homing procedure, and safe door locking. Another interface on the CSH model is encoder emulation. It enables the emulation of absolute value and incremental encoder signals, which are galvanically isolated from the circuit board. The control section permits the use of firmware, but this must be ordered separately.
