The CSH01.1C-SE-EN2-ENS-NNN-S2-S-NN-FWmodel is an advanced control section with great technical features by Rexroth Indramat. The CSH01.1C control section has overall dimensions of 103mm x 241mm x 49.5mm and can easily fit in modern applications. The unit is cooled through natural convection and dissipates excessive heat in the surrounding. This is a configurable control section and must be configured prior to operation. It comes with a Safe Torque Off (SIL3) as a safety option and should be protected by a diode. The recommended ambient temperature range for seamless operation is 0 to +40 degree Celsius. The unit can bear relative humidity up to 90% with no moisture condensation. The CSH01.1C control section comes with IP20 category protection and is marked safe for applications used in a dusty environment. The unit produces heat during operation and requires a gap at the side to cool efficiently. If installed in a group, a sufficient gap must be maintained for required convection.

The model CSH01.1C-SE-EN2-ENS-NNN-S2-S-NN-FW firmware is not a part of the package and must be ordered separately. This control unit communication is based on SERCOS interface which ensure efficient data transfer. A standard control panel is equipped with this module to aid in the operation and maintenance. The control panel has a single-line display and 4 navigation buttons. The control unit (CSH01.1C-SE-EN2-ENS-NNN-S2-S-NN-FW) is covered by a one-year warranty which can be claimed from Wake Industrial in the event of a defect or fault faced. Note that the X7 port is for the memory card slot while X2 is dedicated to the serial interface.
