The CSH01.1C-S3-EN1-NNN-MD2-S2-S-NN-FW advanced control section by Bosch Rexroth is a part of the manufacturer’s HCS series of drive controllers. This control section incorporates one axis and can be configured according to the need. The product is located inside the power section and can be removed. This device cannot be operated by itself. The unit is at risk of damage if it comes in contact with parts and tools that are not placed on a conductive support. It is designed for use in only industrial or commercial environments. The product becomes very hot when it is under use. This device should at no time be used when there is extreme temperature fluctuation

The section operation must be done taking into consideration the safety requirements and regulations of the country where it is used. It has an HSF / RSF encoder connection with a supply voltage of 8VDC or 18.2VAC peak-to-peak. This product is free of hazardous substances that may get released into the atmosphere as a result of inappropriate use. The device uses fiber optic cables for connection to the SERCOS interface. This unit supports connection with screw terminal blocks by using wire ends with ferrules. This control section along with a one-year warranty can be sent anywhere across the globe.

The product has separate power consumptions for each of its optional modules. This device implements SSI encoder evaluation. The unit portrays a 100ms maximum pulse width. It features 0V and 24V terminal connectors at the power section. This section comprises an engineering interface with two sets of differential inputs and outputs at the X26 connecting point. The product features a minimum SERCOS cycle time of 250µs. This device features two analog voltage inputs that also have the ability to function like digital inputs. The unit uses high-side switches for the realization of its digital outputs. Its probe inputs help in detecting sophisticated measuring marks.
