The CSH01.1C-PL-NNN-MA1-MD1-NN-S-NN-FW is a control section manufactured by the Rexroth Bosch Group. The control section is an advanced module with a user-configurable single axis. The accessory has one configuration slot with safety technology and one RS232 serial interface. The unit has two velocity control cycle times of 125µs and 250µs. It comes with four combined inputs/outputs that can be set up to operate as either a single digital output or a single digital input. An external voltage supply must be provided to the digital inputs and outputs. The control section must be protected against the reversal of polarity of the voltage supply, and incorrect connection by using a protective diode. The digital inputs I6 and I7 must be mounted so that they are parallel to the analog input IA1. This setup ensures that the input resistance featured by the analog input is lessened according to the values of the digital inputs. The third and fourth digital inputs are preset to operate as travel range limit switches while the factory setting of the fifth digital input makes it function as a home switch. The control section comes with a one-year warranty period.
