Product Description

The CSH01.1C-PL-ENS-EN1-MEM-L2-S-NN-FW advanced control section provided by Bosch Rexroth incorporates a relay contact with 1000 milliOhms contact resistance at minimum load. The product must incorporate bounce-free switching elements to control its probe inputs and avoid incorrect evaluation. The device fitted with a MEM optional module helps to emulate incremental and absolute value encoder signals for further evaluation. These signals feature galvanic isolation from the circuit board and do not need an external power supply. The section must use cable lines with double shielding for the MEM module to avoid its damage. This product can cause harm or injury because of inappropriate use.

The single-axis control section must not have any hardware modifications done on it. The device might not function as intended in residential areas if measures are not taken to suppress radio interference. The unit operation and maintenance must be executed by people trained and authorized to switch electric circuits ON and OFF safely.  Its control panel is not capable of supporting hot plug operation. The panel connection and disconnection are not to be performed when the drive controller is ON. This control section is shipped to its destination in durable packaging so that it does not undergo transportation-related damages.

The product storage must be done in conductive packages when it is removed from the drive controller. This device is suitable for use in machinery related to food, packaging, printing and paper processing machines. The unit is meant to be touched only after wearing gloves when it is in use because of its hot surface. Its installation and operation must comply with the appropriate EMC regulations and requirements. This product can have dangerous voltages for some parts of its components when it is under operation. The device should have a copper wire with at least an 8AWG cross-section for its grounding connection. This section has a backup support duration of one year.
