Product Description

The CSH01.1C-PL-EN2-EN1-MEM-S2-S-NN-FW advanced control section offered by Bosch Rexroth has two digital inputs that can work like one analog voltage input. The control section comprises an MEM optional module for encoder emulation. This module emulates incremental and absolute value signals with galvanic isolation from the circuit board.  The section supports mounting and dismounting for only a maximum of 20 times. The product must never be used or mounted if it is found to be damaged or defective. The device operation should never take place when there is extreme temperature fluctuation. The unit has live capacitors during and soon after the operation, that must be discharged before it is accessed.

The section should not have a connection to the electric power if it is being kept unused for a long period. The product features a single analog voltage input and a normally open relay contact. The device storage must be done in conductive packaging. The unit must incorporate additional radio interference suppression measures if it is operated in residential areas. Its parallel interface has inputs as well as outputs that are grouped into sets of four outputs and four inputs each. This control section has a backup support period of one year.

The product mounting has to be executed using appropriate lifting tools and equipment in the correct manner. The device supports a multimedia card with loaded firmware and a preformatted multimedia card for the easy transmission of parameters. The unit must utilize wire ends with ferrules for connection with screw terminal blocks. Its vertical axes have to be secured against falling after the motor power is turned OFF. The section has no Type 3 digital inputs. This product uses an EN1 optional module with 18.2VAC peak-to-peak or 8VDC supply voltage. This one-axis control section is delivered through a noteworthy logistics team with a worldwide network.
