Product Description

The CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-EN2-NNN-L2-S-NN-FW advanced control section has 7.5W power consumption at 24VDC voltage rating taking its control panel and multimedia card into consideration. The Bosch Rexroth single-axis section uses wire ends with ferrules for connections with screw terminal blocks. This product has a shield connection for the PROFIBUS interface through its mounting screws and the metalized connector housing. The terminating resistor of this interface should be active at its first as well as last nodes. The section uses a Type A cable as per DIN EN 50 170 -2 specifications to connect the interface. The device has two current control cycle times of 62.5µs and 125µs.

This section has a configuration option and one slot exclusively dedicated for this purpose. The repeater control signal of its PROFIBUS interface has an output resistance of 350 Ohms. The unit uses its X4 and X8 connectors for fitting the ENS optional module with a female D-Sub connector. Its input frequency is lesser than the limit frequency because the 5V signals that are applied override the differential input. The EN2 optional module of the control section uses Sense+ and Sense- lines for the return of supply voltage. The product with one year warranty does not have a negative impact on the environment.

The control section permits direct connection to the encoder system by using the manufacturer’s cable. The device has 2W power consumption for its PROFIBUS interface. This unit uses a signal level converter to convert the serial interface from the RS 232 standard to RS 485 standard at the X2 connecting point. It must be made sure that the stripped length of its wire ends is 10mm during its spring terminal connections assembly. The product requires a separate power supply connection for its isolated inputs/outputs. This device houses an analog input with 1.4kHz bandwidth. The section is transported in durable and rugged packaging to avoid the chances of transit damages.
