The CSH01.1C-PB-ENS-EN2-NNN-L1-S-NN-FW Bosch Rexroth advanced control section controls its probe inputs with electronic switches to prevent the possibility of incorrect evaluation. The control section uses an ENS optional module for encoders with 12V supply voltage. The differential input of this module has a maximum input frequency of 400kHz for its 5V-TTL square wave signals. The section must use stranded wires for connection with spring terminals instead of solid wires as far as possible. These stranded wires have to be placed inside the funnel of its terminal connector. The product does not incorporate any hazardous substances that can affect the environment and the surroundings during operation.

The unit is associated with its own firmware. It can be connected and disconnected up to a maximum of 20 times. The operating panel should have already been fitted on the control section when its drive controller is powered ON. The section is characterized by interference with its operational safety because of electrostatic discharges. The product cannot operate on its own. This device has to be kept and retained in its original state without any hardware or structural changes.

The control section is not designed for horizontal installation inside its control cabinet. The unit must only be operated for the manufacturer-listed applications. Its operating personnel should be trained or authorized to turn electric circuits ON and OFF safely. The operating along with safety and maintenance instructions of the product have to be read and understood before it is commissioned. The device must also be operated after ensuring that the safety regulations and requirements of the country can be followed.
