The CSH01.1C-PB-EN2-NNN-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW is a new generation designed by highly trained engineers of Rexroth Indramat to carry out accurate motor control in the industrial servo system. This controller is designed under ideal manufacturing conditions; it combines old motor standards with novel technological designs to form a new standard that is perfect for a wide range of industrial machines such as metal forming machines, food processing machines, paper converting machines, and lots more. The CSH01.1C-PB-EN2-NNN-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW industrial controller is also supplied with a PROFIBUS master communication module which controls the exchange of digital information between the controller and all other parts of the industrial servo system.

The CSH01.1C-PB-EN2-NNN-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW industrial controller is tested and certified to meet the international quality standards before it is supplied to the industrial operator; it is also supplied with a type label that contains important operational information that can be used to identify the controller as soon as it is supplied to the industrial operator. The enclosure of this industrial controller is designed according to the IP20 protection class; however, for optimum machine protection, the controller should be installed in an additional control cabinet that provides minimum protection that meets the IP54 protection class. The housing of this controller is also specially constructed to allow for direct integration into any position in the industrial environment.

The CSH01.1C-PB-EN2-NNN-CCD-NN-S-NN-FW industrial control device requires integration into a compatible power supply device for optimum operation; although this integration is often done before the control device is delivered to the operation, in some cases, the control device and the power supply unit are supplied as different units, and it is the responsibility of the operator to carry out the integration of the control device into the power supply unit.
