Product Description

The Bosch CSH01.1C-PB-EN1-NNN-CCD-L1-S-NN-FW is a CSH series advanced control section. It is developed by Bosch and is one component of drive controllers from the IndraDrive product line. The CSH01.1C-PB-EN1-NNN-CCD-L1-S-NN-FW comes with several optional modules. These include encoder HSF/RSF and cross communication drive (CCD) modules. A safety module is also installed and enables the starting lockout safety feature. The encoder HSF/RSF module enables use of controllers with digital servo feedback or resolver feedback. It can be used with encoder systems with a peak to peak supply voltage of 8 Volts DC / 18.2 Volts AC. The CCD module corresponds to the IEEE 802.3 standard and is used as a master for cross communication. The physical interface is RJ-45 and the data rate supported is 100 Mbps. Cables that can be used with the CCD interface are 100-meter long cables and 0.55 meter short cables. The long cables are used to connect the dive to higher-level control units.

The short cables are used to connect adjacent devices in the same control cabinet. The minimum bend radius for long cables is 32.5 millimeters and the minimum end radius for short cables is 120.5 millimeters. Master communication on the CSH01.1C-PB-EN1-NNN-CCD-L1-S-NN-FW is Profibus which supports EIA-RS485 standard for data transmission and reception. The Profibus connectors have a connectable terminating resistor. This resistor must be active at the first and last nodes on the network bus. The CSH01.1C-PB-EN1-NNN-CCD-L1-S-NN-FW works with a standard control panel. It mounts on a power section. The output voltage of IndraDrive power sections is 24 Volts. The power consumption of the basic unit of the CSH01.1C-PB-EN1-NNN-CCD-L1-S-NN-FW is 7.5 Watts. The optional modules draw addition power from the power section.
