Product Description

The CSH01.1C-NN-ENS-NNN-MEM-L2-S-NN-FW control section offered by Bosch Rexroth deploys safe torque off mechanism. This advanced section is compatible with two variants of a memory card. These two types are a memory card with preloaded firmware and a preformatted memory card for easy parameter transmission. The probe inputs of this product are rapid inputs and must be controlled using bounce-free switching elements such as electronic switches to prevent incorrect evaluation. The analog inputs in the device adhere to IEC 61131 specifications. The unit portrays a typical inrush current of 4A. Its MEM encoder emulator has a power consumption of 2W.

The spring terminals of the control section support wiring with wire ends that have or do not have ferrules. It is recommended to use wire ends without ferrules. The product can also be connected by means of screw terminal blocks featuring wire ends with ferrules. The device portrays current control cycle times of 62.5µs and 125µs. The unit comprises multiple switching frequencies. Its X31 and X32 connection points are used for digital and analog inputs/outputs. It has an H1 interface for the control panel. This control panel helps in setting the drive address and the analog outputs. The section is dispatched in custom military-grade packaging to avoid damage during transit.

The product must never be used for applications that are not specified by its manufacturer. The device incorporates a relay contact with a 10ms pickup delay and 10ms drop out delay. The unit is prone to the risk of damage because of inappropriate handling. Its control panel should have already been plugged in when the drive controller is turned ON. The product is supposed to be mounted as well as dismounted only by people trained to do so. This device supports a limited number of plug-in and/or removal actions.
