Product Description

The versatility of the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system is a result of the range of highly functional and efficient drive and control products used in its design. They include servo motors and gearboxes, power units, control units, and other accessories. Among the control units in this system are the CSH01 series of ADVANCED, single-axis control sections, which are designed to control electrical motors and monitor their operation.

The CSH01.1C-NN-ENS-EN2-MA1-S2-S-NN-FW is one of the control sections in the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system. It is a configurable type in the CSH01 series, built to meet high performance and dynamics demands. It features a standard encoder evaluation interface where encoders with a supply voltage of 12V can be connected. Another encoder interface on it supports encoders with a supply voltage of 5V. Such encoders include the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with EnDat 2.1 and sense lines, the sin-cos encoder (1 Vpp) with reference track, and the 5V-TTL square-wave encoder with a reference track.

Because of the Analog I/O extension on the CSH01.1C-NN-ENS-EN2-MA1-S2-S-NN-FW, the number of analog channels for communication with higher-level control systems can increase. It also enhances the resolution of these analog channels. Thanks to its Safe Motion safety module, application-specific safety functions like safe maximum speed, safe direction, safe homing procedure, and safe communication can be obtained. In addition, it can be commissioned using a standard control panel with a single-line display. The control panel displays information on the operation status of the control section, any pending warnings, and faults. It can also be used for functions like setting the drive address, setting the basic load defaults procedure, and establishing the reference for position data.
