Product Description

The Rexroth CSH01.1C-ET-ENS-MA1-MD1-S2-S-NN-FW is a control section manufactured by the Rexroth Bosch group. A control section is one of the essential components of a drive controller. The control section and the power section make up a drive controller. Drive controllers are devices which are used to control electrical motors and to monitor motor operations. The drive controller has a control section mounted on top of the power section. As a standard, drive controllers are supplied with the control section fitted but in exceptional cases, the control section may require mounting.  Mounting the control section should be done following the manufacturer’s guidelines and should be carried by experts who are trained on mounting and dismounting of control sections. This is because mounting and dismounting of the control section repeatedly could damage the control section and even the power sections also. As a guide, it is recommended that control sections should not be mounted and dismounted a maximum of 20 times. Additionally, safety precautions should be followed in operation of components with control section to avoid bodily injury and damaging oof the machine parts.

The CSH01.1C-ET-ENS-MA1-MD1-S2-S-NN-FW has a standard control panel. Firmware for this control section has to be ordered as it is separate from the control panel. The X31 connector slots can be configured as probes using a voltage of 24 Volts and 3 milliamperes.  The control section has a MultiEthernet master communication and a IndraDyn/Hiperface/1Vpp/TTL encoder in its X4 connector slot. It has an Analog I/O extension in its X8 slot and a Digital I/O extension its X8 connector slot. It has safe motion (SIL2/ category 3) in its X41 (safety option) slot. The current control cycle time is either 62.5 or 125 microseconds. The CSH01.1C-ET-ENS-MA1-MD1-S2-S-NN-FW has a X7 connector located at the top into which a memory card can be slotted.
