Product Description

The CSH01.1C-ET-EN1-NNN-MEM-S2-S-NN-FW is a Bosch Rexroth control section. It can be used with a standard control panel but not with a comfort control panel. As different firmware that support varying feature sets are available, Bosch requires that the firmware be ordered separately from the hardware. The control section plugs into a compatible power section to form a fully configured IndraDyn drive controller. The number of times that a control section is allowed to be plugged/unplugged from a power section is 20. Exceeding this limit can lead to control section damage. Furthermore, only personnel who are trained by Bosch Rexroth for mounting and dismounting control sections are permitted to mount and dismount the control sections. The control section can get damaged due to electrostatic charges. Therefore standard ESD precautions should be followed.

The CSH01.1C-ET-EN1-NNN-MEM-S2-S-NN-FW should be stored and transported inside conductive packaging. The device has a modular architecture. Several plug-in modules can be installed to match the control section to the application. There are three slots on the front panel of the device for plug in modules. One slot is also available for a safety option. The CSH01.1C-ET-EN1-NNN-MEM-S2-S-NN-FW comes with an encoder emulation module installed in the option 3 slot and an encoder HSF/RSF module installed in the option 1 slot. The safety module slot contains a safe motion module. The master communication interface is multi-Ethernet. The CSH01.1C-ET-EN1-NNN-MEM-S2-S-NN-FW consumes 7.5 Watts at 24 Volts DC input. The pulse frequencies that are supports by the unit include 2, 4, 8, 12 and 16 kilohertz.
