Bosch Rexroth products like the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system are marked by their future-proof designs and optimum performance. This cost-efficient drive system features several versatile components that make it scalable in functionality and ideal for numerous applications. The CSH01 series of control units make up one of these Rexroth IndraDrive components. The control units in this product line are optimized for flexibility and can be used for standard to more demanding operations. Like other IndraDrive control units, they are compatible with IndraDrive C converters and IndraDrive M inverters like the HMS and HCS02 lines of drive controllers.

The CSH01.1C-CO-EN2-NNN-MEM-S2-S-NN-FW is an ADVANCED control unit that belongs to the CSH01 family. It supports multiple communication and encoders with its different interfaces. It can also communicate with higher-level control units thanks to its integrated analog and digital inputs and outputs. Its master communication protocols are CANopen and DeviceNet, while it has Safe Motion as its safety technology option. In addition, a PFM02.1 MultiMedia Card (MMC) can be used with this configurable ADVANCED unit for the exchange and/or storage of the system data.

The design of the CSH01.1C-CO-EN2-NNN-MEM-S2-S-NN-FW supports control cabinet mounting, together with other components of the drive system. For its continued optimum operation, the ambient temperature of this control cabinet should not exceed 40 ^oC. Furthermore, the relative humidity in the area should be within a range of 5 – 95 %. According to IEC529, it has an Ingress Protection Rating of IP 20 as it is protected against solid objects more than 20mm. With nominal data, the installation of a control cabinet housing the CSH01.1C-CO-EN2-NNN-MEM-S2-S-NN-FW should be at a maximum height of 1000 m above sea level.
