The CSB02.5B is a line of control sections in the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system designed by Bosch Rexroth. Control sections in the series are compact but versatile devices with applications in various systems such as handling and mounting systems, food processing and packaging machines, paper processing, printing machines, and machine tools.

The CSB02.5B-ET-EC-NN-S4-NN-NN-FW is a model of the CSB02.5B series of control sections. It is an extended scope, single-axis control section designed exclusively for the HMU05 power section. The control section uses a Multi-Ethernet master communication module that allows the drive controller to be integrated with Ethernet field bus systems like sercos III, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT, and PROFINET IO. The data transmission status of the device can also be monitored using LED display elements which also play a diagnostic role. To protect users during its operation, an integrated Safe Motion module is present in the control section.

Encoder systems like the MSM and MSK motor encoders, the sin-cos encoder (1 V_pp) with Hiperface interface, the sin-cos encoder (1 V_pp) with EnDat 2.1 interface, and more can be used with the CSB02.5B-ET-EC-NN-S4-NN-NN-FW. This is because it is equipped with a multi-encoder interface. Its maximum inrush current is 5 A, and its maximum pulse width is 1ms. As a category C3 product according to IEC 61800-3, it is designed to be operated in industrial areas. It also requires the use of suitable line filters for the suppression of radio interference.
