The Bosch Rexroth CSB01.1C-CO-ENS-MEM-L2-S-NN-FW is a digital control section. Three different types of control sections are available that differ in terms of configurability and available interfaces. The basic universal category to which the CSB01.1C-CO-ENS-MEM-L2-S-NN-FW belongs is configurable, supports one slot for safety technology, one RS-232 serial communication interface and one normally-open relay contact. The current control cycle time supported by the CSB01.1C-CO-ENS-MEM-L2-S-NN-FW is 125 microseconds. The supported velocity control cycle times are 250 microseconds and 500 microseconds. The supported position control cycle times are 500 microseconds and 1000 microseconds. The SERCOS cycle time is 1000 microseconds. The pulse or switching frequencies that can be configured for the CSB01.1C-CO-ENS-MEM-L2-S-NN-FW include 2 / 4 / 8 kilohertz. Other types of control sections support up to 16 kilohertz pulse frequency.

The CSB01.1C-CO-ENS-MEM-L2-S-NN-FW features CANopen / DeviceNet master communication. Two optional modules are installed on the unit including encoder emulation and encoder IndraDyn. The safety technology module on the CSB01.1C-CO-ENS-MEM-L2-S-NN- FW supports safe torque off. IndraDrive controllers that are based on the CSB01.1C-CO-ENS-MEM-L2-S-NN-FW control section are typically used for applications such as mounting and handling, metal forming, wood machining and general automation. Ambient conditions for transportation and storage include -20 to 70 degrees Celsius temperature, 5 to 95% relative humidity, 1 to 60 gm/m3 absolute humidity and 2k3 climatic category. Icing and moisture condensation are not permitted during device storage. Some components of the device contain electrolytic capacitors which may deteriorate during storage. Ambient conditions for controller operation include up to 1000 meters altitude and 0 to 40 degrees Celsius temperature. The controller output derates for ambient temperatures between 40 and 55 degrees Celsius.  The controller output also derates for altitudes between 1000 and 4000 meters. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
