CLC is a series of Multi-Axis Coordinated Motion Control products by Indramat that offers the perfect solution for multi-axis work environments. With the ability to perform coordinated control of up to 3 axes and manage 4 jobs simultaneously, it certainly is the best of the best. The distinguishing factor of the CLC series is that these cards, due to their multi-tasking functionality, are capable of handling up to 40 axes at a time.

CLC-D02.3 is a card from this series that is installable in the DDS drive of host PCs. The CPU’s clock frequency of 25.0 MHz, 512 kB battery-packed SRAM, and 1 MB of maximum capacity are testament to the quality it offers.

This card comes with two serial communication ports built-into the design. Port A supports ASCII Host Protocol while users can configure Port B to supports Host Protocol or Indramat’s own graphical user interface, Visual Motion.

CLC-D02.3 cards sport a seven segment single digit LED display which shows either the unit’s status or errors. With a well-defined error library distinguishing between the different signals this LED shows, troubleshooting this card is a piece of cake.
