The CDB02 family is a series of control sections in the Rexroth IndraDrive drive system used to control and monitor the operations of electrical motors. The control sections in this series are extended scope, double-axis control sections compatible with HMD01 power sections. The CDB02.1B-ET-EC-EC-EM-NN-NN-NN-NN-FW is a BASIC control section in the CDB02 series that features the Design 1 configuration.

The CDB02.1B-ET-EC-EC-EM-NN-NN-NN-NN-FW uses the Multi-Ethernet communication (ET) module and this allows its integration in multiple Ethernet field bus systems. It features multi-encoder interfaces on axes 1 and 2 and encoder emulation on a third interface. There is no safety technology option on this model but it is equipped with both analog and digital input-output options. Its operating panel is a standard type with a single line display and four keys, which can be used to commission the control device. It can be operated at pulse width modulation (PWM) frequencies of 2 kHz, 4 kHz, 8 kHz, and 12 kHz.
