The CDB01.1C-PB-ENS-ENS-EN2-EN2-L2-S-NN-FW is a configurable model in the CDB01 series of double-axis control sections. It is a compact device found plugged into the power section of its drive controller. As a result, it can easily be mounted and dismounted, but this should not be done more than 20 times. The control section communicates with the drive system with its PROFIBUS control communication module. Its interfaces include two standard encoder evaluation interfaces for the connection of encoders with a supply voltage of 12 Volts and two Resolver and HSF encoder evaluation interfaces for the connection of encoder systems with a supply voltage of 8 Volts DC or 18.2 Volts AC.

Information like the firmware, operating data, and axis-oriented drive parameters for the two axes of the CDB01.1C-PB-ENS-ENS-EN2-EN2-L2-S-NN-FW can be read and stored on an optional (MMC) MultiMediaCard. It also has a standard control panel that performs functions such as setting the drive address, establishing the position data reference, and reading the error memory. Its safety technology option is Safe Torque Off (STO) with a category 3 PL e/SIL 3 rating, and it protects both the device and its operator.
