The CDB01.1C-SE-ENS-ENS-EN1-EN1-S1-S-NN-FW is a control section in the CDB 01 series by Bosch Rexroth. It is a configurable double axes BASIC UNIVERSAL control section, and its master communication is via the SERCOS interface. The SERCOS interface functions via fiber optic cables which should be purchased separately.  It is equipped with a standard control panel that has a single line display that shows the operating states, command and error diagnoses, and pending warnings. The standard control panel is also used to set the drive address of the SERCOS interface as well as the field transmission rate.

The CDB01.1C-SE-ENS-ENS-EN1-EN1-S1-S-NN-FW has two optional modules for standard encoder evaluations for encoder systems of IndraDyn S motors with a 12 V power supply. It has two additional modules for encoder evaluations for resolvers and encoder systems with an HSF interface. This encoder evaluation is standard for MKD, MKE, and MHD motors with an 8 V power supply. It is equipped with a safety module for the safe operation of the control section, and its safety module is the safety technology I/O. This safety module allows different application-related safety functions, such as safety-related standstill, safety-related drive interlock, safety-related reduced speed, the safety-related direction of motion, etc.

With the different features of the CDB01.1C-SE-ENS-ENS-EN1-EN1-S1-S-NN-FW, it has a wide range of applications, including handling and mounting systems, packaging & food machines, printing and paper processing machines, and machine tools. It is a category C3 product and should not be used in residential areas, and it requires the use of mains filters for radio interference suppression. It is supplied by power from the terminal connectors 24 V at the power section, and the connections are protective extra low voltage systems.
