Product Description

The CDB01.1C-SE-ENS-EN1-NNN-NNN-S1-S-NN-FW two-axis basic universal control section is a part of the drive controllers from Bosch Rexroth used to monitor and control the performance of electrical motors. This section is available separately only in exceptional cases and often comes along with the drive controller. The module features an IndraDyn/Hiperface/1 Vpp/TLL encoder at its X4.1 connector. Exposed conductive parts must be grounded and discharged before they are allowed to come in contact with the control section. It should be used only in industrial environments and must be installed in the specified manner. The device supports the use of an AN optional module for the I/O extension.

The control section must only be dispatched or stored in conductive packaging. If the unit is not put to use in the specified manner, it can lead to personnel injury and property damage. The SERCOS interface used for master communication has an optical receiver, an optical transmitter, and a distortion LED. The transmission power and data rate for the interface can be set either through the standard control panel or the X2 serial interface. The communication with the interface can be established through fiber optic cables. The digital outputs of the device should never be made to function at low-resistance sources.

The relay contacts of the control section have a pick-up delay and a drop-out delay of 10ms. These contacts also have a minimum load rating of 10mA. The digital inputs have a minimum permissible input voltage of -3V and a maximum permissible input voltage of 30V.  They also have a minimum input current rating of 2mA and a maximum current rating of 5mA. The non-linear input resistance keeps changing based on the input voltage. The probe inputs of the module operate as rapid inputs. The control section can be shipped to any address with a one-year warranty from Wake Industrial.
