The Rexroth IndraDrive drive system is a state-of-the-art product by Bosch Rexroth with components such as servo motors, gearboxes, frequency converters, and control units. The control sections of the drive system are plugged into the power sections of their drive controllers, giving one compact package. The control section models in the CDB01 series are double-axis control sections used for different kinds of applications, including food processing and packaging machines, handling and mounting systems, printing and paper processing machines, and machine tools.

The CDB01.1C-PB-NNN-NNN-NNN-NNN-NN-S-NN-FW is a control section in the CDB01 series designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It is a double-axis control section in which the functionalities of two digital axes are integrated into one to produce the same level of efficiency as with two control sections. It belongs in the BASIC UNIVERSAL control section range and is equipped with the PROFIBUS bus system. Thanks to this bus system, the control section cyclically exchanges specified and actual values with users and can communicate with high-level control units.

The required control voltage for the operation of the CDB01.1C-PB-NNN-NNN-NNN-NNN-NN-S-NN-FW is 24V DC. It has a typical inrush current rating of 6A and a maximum pulse width of 60ms. It supports the use of firmware, but this has to be ordered as a separate sub-item. A standard control panel on this control section can be used to set the drive address, start the basic load defaults procedure, establish the position data reference, and set the analog outputs.
