Rexroth, Bosch, Indramat brings to you the BTM16.2-TA-TA-VB-SA-BA-2EAmachineoperatorpanel. The unit has 39 real keys complete with transparent plastic key lids and clear keystroke. This allows for speedy operation of the machine which helps the user to work more efficiently. The front of the machine operator panel complies with all IP65 specifications and is a lubricant and coolant resistant.
The device feature intermediate fillets that are raised to prevent inadvertent operation of close by keys or to prevent slipping. The unit has a number of LEDs above each key which are a bright yellow in color, this ensures that the signal status of the unit is still visible even while the key is in operation. You can use the supplied key inlays or you can design inlays yourself to inlay into the key lids. These lids can be removed without a tool to allow access from the front of the unit. The end user can randomly assign LEDs and Keys as well as program these within the SPS. This allows for the generation of toggling functions, on/off switching and jog keys combined.
The BTM16.2-TA-TA-VB-SA-BA-2EA features an override module with a federate and spindle override. These allow for machining processes to be optimized and enables influencing in a convenient way. There are a total of 16 grids for the individual spindle speed setting and federate setting. There are two graduations of scale for which the federate override module is available. There are three keys that can be found beneath the rotary switch and these can be used for selection of fixed values or for override selection. Within the SPS pro, one can find SPS function blocks.
