The BTA20.3-NC-DB-VD-BS is an operator panel which is configurable and so it can be ordered with a design that is specific to the product for which you will be using it. Produced by Bosch Rexroth, this operator panel can be used in certain designs to operate your machine’s control units. These will connect with the mobile operator terminals of the BTV06.2 series.

The BTA20.3-NC-DB-VD-BS can be used in a number of applications including machining centers, milling machine, and lathes. Pay special attention to the installation manual as these devices are very sensitive and need to be operated and installed in the specific conditions as set forth in the installation paperwork.

With the basic module in this series, you will have the opportunity to insert up to 8 standard switching elements. These are elements of the Telemecanique ZB2 program and the ones you use will be dependent on the special requirements based on the applications for which this operator panel will be used in conjunction with. The element features an indicator lamp and up to two contacts. You will find front panel cutouts that have been pre-milled to 0.5 mm and keys are labeled with the use of insert strips.

The main board of the BTA20.3-NC-DB-VD-BS features 8 plug-in sockets and each socket features two slots which can be used for switching contacts. These contacts can be LED contacts, NO contacts or NC contacts. The first contact on the device should be used for your internal bus operation. You can set the right auxiliary contact to the internal bus interface or to the external terminal X2 or X3 if you want to support external wiring.
