The BTA15.1-NC-DE-BS is a Bosch Rexrothmachinecontrolboard that was made to work with devices from the BTV05 and BTV06 series. There are three components that this machine control offers to the end user. It can be customized for use with specific equipment offering the best value for money for the client.
This controlboard is very easy to install and only requires a minimal amount of wiring while still being able to offer high levels of flexibility. There is a requirement for minimum wiring due to the 22.5 mm slots as well as the ZB2 Telemecanique built-in components. The INTERBUS allows for direct connection to it from the mounted circuit elements so you can wire jumpers to the right auxiliary contact if necessary.
The device is configured with a 30 pin socket with three X1 – X3 sockets with each having a 10 pin socket. Each socket is responsible for the potential free contact, the acknowledge circuit and the emergency stop. These can each be connected via a jumper from the bus to the socket. The device further includes modules that are freely configurable. Each module can then be mounted on the right or on the left.
The Rexroth Indramat BTA15.1-NC-DE-BS motion control board features an integrated INTERBUS connection with adapter containing all active electronics on one printed circuit board. There are 8, 24V inputs as well as outputs made available for external connection so you can connect devices such as signal lamps and more. With an integrated interface converter, this motion control features the RS232 and RS422 interfaces and as such, there is no requirement for equipping the MTS-P to any other interface board.
