Product Description

The BZM01.1-01-07 auxiliary bleeder module from Bosch Rexroth is used in conjunction with the DKC product group of drive controllers from the same manufacturer. It has to be fitted inside a control cabinet. This bleeder module is connected to the drive controller through a DC bus circuit. The product offers connection support to a maximum of six drive controllers at a time. The device is used when the continuous regenerative power of the controller is more than 0.15kW. It is lightweight and weighs only 4.08kg. The unit comes with screw-down push-in terminals. There must be a clearance of 70mm between the bleeder module and the drive controller.

The auxiliary module has a size of 210 x 333 x 233mm. It has a continuous bleeder output of 1kW. The device features anH1 green-colored LED, anH2 red-colored LED, and an S1 reset button on the front panel. The H1 LED features steady lighting when the unit functions properly and keeps flashing when the DC bus voltage is not more than 50 volts. The unit is also equipped with a six-pin X4 connector for its Bb ready-to-operate contact and +24V control voltage. It comes fitted with a rating plate. The 24V connection has a current consumption of 90mA. The module is backed by a one-year warranty.

The bleeder module has a series code of 01 and a version code of 1. This product has a 700V DC bus nominal voltage. The H2 LED of this device lights up steadily when the Bb contact is open, the module is overloaded, or both. The X9 four-pin connector is located on the front panel at the bottom. The protective conductor connection is present near the X9 connector. The device features maximum feedback energy of 40kW and a peak bleeder output of 40kW. The auxiliary bleeder can be sent to the address of your choice in any country. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
