The B&R 8V1045.001-2 is an AC servo drive. It is designed for industrial motor control applications. The motor is part of the ACOPOS product line. General features of ACOPOS drive include a modular mechanical design, an integrated line filter, integrated braking resistors, integrated electronic restart inhibit, and partially coated circuit boards that provide protection against environmental influences. Plug in modules supported by the 8V1045.001-2 include a CAN interface, Powerlink V2 interface, EnDat encoder and sine incremental encoder interface, Hiperface interface, digital I/O module and analog I/O module and several other modules. A total of four slots for plug in modules are available on the drive unit. The drive supports connection to three-phase AC mains. The supported input voltage ranges are 230 Volts AC and 400 to 480 Volts AC. The inrush current value at 400 Volts AC is 7 Amps.
