Product Description

The B&R 8V1022.001-2 is an ACOPOS series servo drive. It operates at three-phase AC input at 400 to 480 Volts AC. The nominal output current rating is 2.2 Amps and the output power rating is 1 kilowatt. Drive features includes a line filter, integrated braking resistor and electronic secure restart inhibit. The integrated line filter complies with EN 61800-3. The 8V1022.001-2 is a drive variant with partially coated circuit boards. It has four slots for plug in modules. The 8V1022.001-2 certified by CE, KC, FSC, and cULus. The supported line frequencies are 50/60 Hertz with 4% allowed tolerance. The maximum installed load is 4 kVA. The switch-on interval is greater than 10 seconds. The maximum power loss without braking resistor is approximately 120 Watts. Capacitance of the drive DC bus is 235 microfarads.

The holding brake on the 8V1022.001-2 requires an external 24 Volts DC power supply. The input capacitance of the DC input is 8200 microfarads.
