The CX5120-0111 is an embedded PC, advanced automation technology that is manufactured by Beckhoff. It has a maximum power consumption of 11W and 2A current supply. Its diagnostics LEDs are always displayed at the power section, TC status area, flash access and dual bus status. The operating system of CX5120-0111 is pre-installed with Windows Embedded Compact 7 (WEC7) and has TwinCAT 2 PLC runtime control software. The essence of the TwinCAT 2 is to convert a compatible personal computer into a multi-PLC system by making use of operation station and Numerical control axis. It is designed with quality Integrated DVI which ensures that HD videos are properly displayed.

The CX5120-0111 contains a CFast card slot, a microSD slot, and a pair of separate Gigabit Ethernet interfaces. The CFast slot is located just below the battery section. Its Gbit Ethernet interfaces are designed to work with different types of VLAN options, interface modes and IP options for optimal operation.
