The CX2030-0155 is one of the many embedded PCs that Beckhoff offers. The product is compatible with the TwinCAT 3 runtime (XAR) control software and Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSB 64-bit operating system. The CPU features a graphic interface, a memory controller and a computing unit. The device also encompasses a power supply with an illuminated anti-glare LC display. The components of this unit must not be subject to strong impacts and vibrations although it has a robust design. It must be protected against excessive mechanical stress during transport. The device is available with a warranty period of one year.

The CX2030-0155 embedded PC supports DIN rail mounting with a simple snap-on mechanism. The device must be fitted with bar clips on the top and bottom before positioning it on the mounting rail. It has a vibration/shock resistance conforming to EN 60068-2-6/EN 60068-2-27 specifications. The product must be installed only horizontally and not vertically because a vertical installation will cause inadequate CPU ventilation. The power supply has an I/O interface to connect the manufacturer’s bus terminals. It has a dielectric strength of 500Vrms.

The resolution of this CX2030-0155 embedded PC depends on the cable length, the cable quality and the monitor attached. It supports a maximum resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. The DVI-I interface can be used to transfer digital data and supports connection to an analog or a digital display that is at a maximum distance of 5m from the product. The four USB ports help to connect data storage or input devices. The output current of each port must not be more than 500mA. There are two separate LAN interfaces with LEDs on their left side. The LEDs light up in green for low speeds of 10Mbit or 100Mbit and in red for a high speed of 1000Mbit. This device has an EMC immunity/emission in adherence to EN 61000-6-2/EN 61000-6-4 specifications. The embedded PC is UL Listed and CE Certified.
