The Beckhoff CP3224-0010 is an economy range Industrial PC with Control Panel for mounting arm installation. This Panel PC features an integrated and modern display technology with multi-touch and widescreen formats. In order to ensure industrial compatibility, Beckhoff uses the Projective Capacitive Touch screen (PCT) technology in its CP32xx series. This PCT technology offers high touch-point density that enables safe, accurate and jerk-free operation with minimum response times for real-time inputs.

As this device is specially designed to use under harsh industrial conditions, the CP3224-0010 is fitted into a robust aluminum housing that features complete IP 65 protection. There is an internal cooling fan for distributing the heat equally around the walls of the housing. A passive cooling system is also available through the heat sink.  While mounting it requires 20 cm free space around the PC for uninterrupted air circulation. Overall, this Panel PC has an excellent heat dissipation system that results in an operating temperature range from 0 to 45 °C.

The CP3224-0010 is available in standard Intel® Celeron® 2000E 2.2 GHz with two cores. To ensure maximum computing power this Panel PC also offers the option to use Intel® Core™ i series processors of the second, third, and fourth generations. It has integrated 2 GB DDR3L RAM that is expandable up to 16 GB. To offer wide range selection, the CP3224-0010 panel PC displays are available in seven different sizes ranges between 12-inch and 24-inch with both landscape and portrait orientation options, as well as standard 4:3 and widescreen formats. Other notable features include an on-board SATA RAID-1 controller, a free Mini-PCI slot for factory-installed cards, and an on-board dual Ethernet adapter with 2 x 100/1000BASE-T connector.
